Organisations strive hard to ensure fairness and equality in everything they do. This Level 4 Award, accredited by the Institute for Leadership and Management (ILM) enables participants to review the existing culture of Equality and Diversity in their organisation and to move on to identify protocols that will build on the culture to ensure everyone is treated fairly. This is not about cosmetic changes - this programme holds a mirror up to organisational culture and enables practical actions.
Chapel Associates is the only Development Centre in East Anglia approved to offer this highly-interactive, practical qualification.
Designed for middle and senior leaders, or those managers with specific responsibility for Equality and Diversity, it offers the chance to understand the nature and origins of personal values, beliefs, attitudes and prejudices and the impact that this can have on workplace behaviour. Participants will also discuss their own organisational culture and determine strategies to improve transparency and effectiveness.
The programme is delivered over three days in Norwich and managers gain the qualification by submitting a strategy defining the implementation of appropriate changes within their organisation.
Stephanie Allen is well known as a highly inspirational facilitator who goes that extra mile to help clients not just gain a qualification, but more importantly to implement developments within the workplace.
A recent senior manager attending this programme said: 'As a final note, you might like the comment from the operations director of an international facilities organisation on this programme:
"Excellent. Probably the most open and thought provoking programme I have attended. If Calsberg did facilitators they would all be like this!!!"
The next programme will take place in August - contact Steph now to reserve your place!
Cost:£570.00 per person including ILM registration (Some funding may be available through Train to Gain

How do you know that your program "works"? I am writing a book on best practices in diversity and inclusiveness, and am finding that there is little available evidence that particular approaches to diversity achieve positive results according to pre-designed metrics. I would love to hear more. Thanks!
